Dying Light is an upcoming zombie-apocalyptic first person survival horror video game developed by Techland to be released on the PlayStation 3, Playstation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows.[1][2][3] It is a survival horror game set in a vast and dangerous open world. During the day, players traverse an expansive urban environment overrun by a vicious outbreak, scavenging the world for supplies and crafting weapons to defend against the growing infected population with a heavy focus on freerunning mechanics. Many compare and it is noted that it appears as a hybrid of "Dead Island" and "Mirror's Edge". "At night, the hunter becomes the hunted, as the infected become aggressive and more dangerous. Most frightening are the predators which appear only after sundown. Players must use everything in their power to survive until the morning’s first light."
Looks pretty impressive!

The only thing i find impressive for this game is the life like foliage/wind/environmental compare to all other FPS including can-it-play-crysis-3.
Dead island is pretty shitty, never made it over the 1st hour of gameplay for me. Crap FOV, crap movements. Had better fun with Dead Rising 2 compare to dead island.
I enjoy Dead Island quite a bit. It was one of those game my wife will come to see me play every time i start the game. I still remember my palm get all sweaty when I am face with the mini boss with horde of zombies behind me. So I have some hope for this game to turn out alright. Based on the video I watched on youtube, I think I gonna enjoy this game, provided it dont have some game breaking bugs. Dont really care bout story, just give me zombies to kill.
Techland's Dying Light brought foward, now releasing January 27th 2015

The original window of February 2015 for Dying Light is no more as Techland's official twitter for the game reveals a picture with 'Jan 27th 2015' scrawled across it, surrounded by supplies.
It's not the date for an early demo either, as they confirm it is indeed the full release. Dying Light builds on the success of Dead Island, but is radically improved especially in player mobility.
The other big difference is how incredibly dangerous the day and night cycles are, with players becoming prey for the far nastier creatures lurking in shadows.
Dying Light releases on PC, Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360 and PS3 January 27th, 2015.

I enjoy dead island with my friend, I enjoy watching him getting devoured by the zombies once in a while but he always managed to run away or stayed alive. It's really fun if you can get somebody to play with you.
