I started at 88kg, restrict calorie, hiit morning and strenght training evening, lose 3kg in 2 weeks.

cheat meal for one day and i shoot all the way up to 89kg.

i dont understand my body anymore

I think you should have strict diet without cheat day for 3 months straight before you can cheat again...

but seriously 3kg in 2 weeks? i bet most of them ar water weight

U eat 1kg food surely you increase 1kg due to food in stomach right? How about watwr retention?

Bodyweight not the best indicator

U do strength training, u gain muscles, fat loss.

The scale measures weight but it doesn't differentiate between fat and muscle. Muscle is denser than fat and tends to weigh more. Do you know about it?

One good way is see by Visual changes. Look at yourself in the the mirror, and also take pictures and compare them to your earlier pictures.

PS: i can increase my weight 3kg within 24hours. And got elite can increase his weight by 5kg. So is weight a good indicator? LOL.
