HELP ! infected by trojan horse, trojan horse PSW.Legendmir.BJX

My pc is infected by a trojan horse name PSW.Legendmir.BJX, but i can't find any information of it on the internet..it is on a file name called KB3912311.log.
Everytimes i deleted it, it come back again, any solution? |

try update ya antivirus...yea it appears bak...common...update n scan throughly....hope it works....

done that already..even now is gone, later after few days it will appear back one
