its 3950. a bit pricey compared to second hand market in singapore and US (if I exclude the shipping). and 3 knobs are not very responsive, luckily, I can use buttons & touchscreen as alternative.
the presets are very modern and ambient oriented, but I'm particularly attracted to the included 80's VA oscillators (juno/jupiter/jp8000/d50). I have a feeling it might be redundant since I have motif, but , we'll see lor This post has been edited by zzzxtreme: Jul 22 2009, 11:52 AM |

justin_nys, i have no problems buying from ebay. check if the seller has high ratings. some more, M3 is made in japan, and has no moving parts. So it will be fine. I don't own an M3, but knows a bit about it

hi i remember some asking me where to get the double tier keyboard stand like Ultimate Apex which is not available in malaysia (or prepare to pay over RM700)
today I found the cap ayam one (MAGNUM brand) at DoReMi for RM270. i had the same brand more than 10 years ago (but had to sell it for money). it's sturdy. although assembling it requires a screw driver and couple of minutes. there's few doremi which have this model in stock. I got this at their new branch at SS15 This post has been edited by zzzxtreme: Jul 31 2011, 03:31 PM |

if got ZZZZ, normally it is caused by power supply grounding. try connect the keyboard to same outlet as TV, or other room to try

if plug in headphones /internal speakers oso got ZZZ , either
1) your house power line problematic. try plug in the keyboard at a friend's house 2) defective circuitry lower end keyboards usually comes with low quality DA converters and components. if under warranty, and confirm still got ZZZZ , return for warranty |

antonio, stretch budget slightly a bit to get a Korg SP170 (or Korg SP170s, don't remember)
the best bang for the buck. or try to get second hand Yamaha P60, P70 under RM1500 if you can |
