Hey guys, it's been awhile since the last time I've visit here.
My G710+ still alive and functioning...till I started playing Battlefield 3...shit happens.

Due I like fast manuevering which means rapid keyboard input, the W key sometime not register into the game when I press it which makes me unable to move forward unless I re-press the W key, though it only happen occasionally, not all the time. While I was playing normal games like Minecraft, which doesn't require me to press the key rapidly like the BF3, the problem din't occur at all.

Is it the switches are not suitable for rapid input or the W key switches have problem? Do I need to send it for RMA?

I tried in with a full press without spamming it, no problem occur.
Will try to spam when I get home.

As above, then again, I plugged the 2 USB into the USB3.0 port...does it affect anything?
And yes, it's using mx brown, so what if there's problem occur when I press W rapidly on notepad, does it mean I have to send it to the hospital?

Already pmed him and wait for his reply, well I've tried it on minecraft, which also require constant W but not as rapid as the BF3, yet no problem occur.

But I've goolge for the issue and there's none topic related to my issue, I'll try to spam the W on the notepad to judge this keyboard fate.

Worth a try, but since this keyboard is only few months old, might as well fix it instead of embrace it.

It's not really hard to reproduce since it happened once on every 15~20 minutes in BF3.
I'll try to test it on the notepad, see if it's really an issue to send it to hospital.

Poo, I'm lucky enough not having the LED issue but this...

Of course I do, I press all the way down and no response till I released it full and press it again, that's what bothers me.

Yeah, the infamous G710+ aka "King of LED issue", really weird man, for all the keys in this keyboard, it have to be W.

Yeap, every time I pressed W quickly on a urgent situation, It's not register and I got killed and I like WTFOMGTHISBOARDSUCK@#%$.

And then all my LED died miraculously, and I can claim warranty~ oh wait, warranty does not cover physical accident, BAD LUCK BRIAN.

Honestly, I really hope that there's a way to fix this without send it to the hospital for a month or two.

Dude, this keyboard is only 2 month old, at least let me send to the hospital to enjoy free treatment before raping their PCB board.

LOL sort of, if I have to choice of software updates and RMA, I rather choose updates. Then again, RMA or give other ppl do, I rather RMA.

I haven't tested on a notepad to prove this is a real issue to send for RMA (currently at night shifts), I worry that they tested out fine and return me the same thing.

I've tested spamming press W in a word counter website roughly 500 times, no problem occur, when I revert back to BF3 the problem still exist, occasionally of course.

But there's one event that made me wonder, when I type on the word counter, I've sometimes noticed input delayed occur, but the word still come out otherwise. Does this event happens to ignore some of my key inputs while I'm playing BF3? because the unresponsive W key happened while I rapidly change from one key to another like Shift to W or A to W and so on

Got try Minecraft, no problem because I don't spam key like BF3

I haven't really tried that cause I play singleplayer mode.
