The rubber duck is completely yellow. The pbt is probably regular pbt. When the light shines on it it looks like those pom caps so the whole thing glows in yellow. I asked ducky to include a rubber duck keychain.

Ducky has a pretty good taste in design. It was slightly disappointed that the YOTS did not come with 6 leds on the board like the concept model but it actually looks good and still sold out worldwide

Das, ducky, Rosewill, filco, certain cm all manufactured from the same factory. However they all have different quality.

Ducky shine 3 has most bells and whistles, sells like hot cakes but not everybody needs the feature. Zero shine is the cheapest backlit board from ducky but it is made in a different factory. Das used to be pretty famous back in the days but not sure what is the appeal now.

You mean if you want to order this when will arrive? Very bad timing because our few hundred ducky just got on the ship sweat.gif next one will be end of September when the rubber duck edition comes in. We might fly them in depending on what is available

Costar Stabilizer:

Cons
- Pings
- Rattles

Pros
- More even spread of pressure across long keys

Cherry Stabilizer:

Cons
- Long keys sometimes gets "stuck" around the edges. Especially if you are using MX Black and tapping the edge of the space bar.

Pros
- Quieter than Costar

well played Rosewill.
Now my friend said his Numpad 6 rosak.
I suspect the same problem again.
Seriously, 3 in a row ?

Send for warranty get a new one.

One unit mx black came in no more stock for replacement. End user don't want any other switches so took it back to self repair.

One unit has liquid stain on the switch

That's only one rejected RMA

Yuck.
My friend's rosewill W and E suddenly died.
I thought is switch problem.
When I try to desolder, the whole copper pad plate just came off together with solder! Which means the pad is already loosen in the first place. shocking.gif
It happens the same when I try to desolder another.
The quality is surprising!
Fixed it in hard way...scratch the circuit for copper and soldered to connect it with switch pin shakehead.gif

Just saw this. Why did you attempt to fix it when it could be claimed under warranty?

claim warranty - wait N weeks to change. MX Black no stock.

mech keyboard got problem just do some trick for few minutes then work already.  laugh.gif
*
Why need weeks to exchange. If bought from any of our dealers just send to them they check no liquid spillage, no abuse, no physical damage you can just request on the spot exchange. Now do some trick pcb damaged already.

There is one more that came in abused like heck all kinds of cigarette dust, burnt mark. Warranty was rejected but in the end we replaced it on the house by swapping out all the keypads.

Mind you our sales for the keyboard is in the hundreds and it is very popular thanks to the support of the community. But if the community expect a RM200+ board to be flawless and not have any RMA that's juts not very possible.

There is a brand that has less than 1% rma and that is Topre.
