Do your employer has housing loan for employees?

manaaa ada housing loan unless you director buy for 'company' lar

how about subsidizing the interest and the legal fees?

ya wat i mean is subsidizing the interest.

i'm working for the government, so yes.

i know of some companies who offer such housing loans during relocation, other than that, not really.

only big big company can offer this

What happens if the employee leaves the company?

Other than banks and government, I doubt big companies give this to employees, unless you are manager or director level. This is not an easy "benefit" to manage.

if u work in bank as permanent staff, sure got housing loan facilities.

I know some companies got offer car and even housing loan but I guessed till some certain of amount.
