because we have no one to play DM when arteta's out. we might be able to dispose of fulham/fener easily with jack/rambo, but against better teams we might find it costly to not have a CM that focuses on defensive duties.

i see. i read arsenal mania a lot, and he was hyped over there so i kind of hold his status as a starter since his first game. plus with the mids we have at that time, in my eyes he was immediately better than most except wilshere, because jack was everyone's favourite.

arsene does have a talent in signing talented players who are playing for a lesser team. santi and poldi were shrewd business. tho i cant expect that level of signing to be made this late in the window, santi and poldi's deals were done early.

eeeh, at least lame-lah wont feature against us in the NLD. even if he does he wont fully assimilate into the team yet.
