YTD->Year to date. accumulative your salary.
300->EPF->Which mean 8% till 12% from your salary.

better don't ask.. it just mere taxation. if salary is 2400.. you should deduct 30 ringgit pcb.But using total salary per year - minus deduction and send to lhdn . mostly now by year.
