QUOTE(omisa @ Jan 27 2014, 02:49 AM) welcome to thread. heheh Hi there! Yeah have already started to call around. Hope that the one in Bangsar has the full range. I hear that the Taman Botanik outlet is well stocked but it's so far away...well to be sure, u can always call Rodalink to check which outlet that have ready stock for the model u want. u can also ask for the model color availability if u want to. they have central database, so feel free to ask them. |

This is a long shot question but does anyone know of any electric bicycle gurus? I have a Hachiko 20" electric folding bike and when I throttle, the whirring is getting pretty loud. I don't dare open the rear hub myself to clean it so if possible,i would leave the servicing to someone who knows that they are doing.
Any leads would be appreciated, thanks! This post has been edited by aaronljw: Jan 27 2014, 05:52 PM |

QUOTE(lp16 @ Jan 28 2014, 12:12 PM) Hi, glad I found this forum. Hi there lp. I had that same thought a while back but based on a bit of research and inspection, learned that the replica uses a lower grade of aluminium for the frame (6061 instead of 7005 I believe) and the joints and folding locks are quite rough and not as well worked. In general, parts are of lower quality. I have a friend who owns one and bikes regularly and unless you are doing some intense offroad biking, it's still pretty adequate. Just my 2 cents. I didn't get one purely because it's not compact enough for my needs.I'm planning to buy a foldable bike for my son. Saw a Hummer replica online. Just wanna know, what's the diff between the ori and replica? Sorry for the noob Question. |
