If its the FB number then you have to write to Pengarah JPJ Putrajaya, write it in a formal letter format and state the reason for an extension.

QUOTE(kakashin @ Jul 16 2018, 03:28 PM) Oh, did you managed to get the same number that you selected initially? I finally managed to access the system after slightly more than 2 hours encountering the error, but the initial number that I chose was no longer available Not sure if it has been taken or it is still 'locked' to my earlier failed transaction. Yup managed to get the number i wanted |

Hi, quick question.
I bought a number at the JPJ counter (sort of panicked and gave a list of numbers when the ones I wanted were not available anymore) and went home to test out mysikap, only to realise that another combination that I preferred was still available. Can I still purchase the new number? What will happen to the old expire number? Wouldn't mind paying twice the price for a number I like. |

Hi I also have a similar issue. I bought a number on mysikap already. But now I have to buy a new one because my dad is not happy with it. Can I sell it to anyone else?
Appreciate any advice. |

Wouldn't mind paying twice the price for a number I like. each cost Rm210 and JPJ is more than happy to sell them to you what is important is that after 3 months, if the number not registered to a vehicle, the number owner goes back to JPJ which is why I opened a thread (pinned here) to help with cases like this I can help check, if number is available and you are okay with it then you can just buy it from JPJ I too also pressured to get a number, but at least the one I got, is somewhat acceptable for myself QUOTE(Taysa @ Jul 21 2018, 01:22 AM) Hi I also have a similar issue. Last I google around,Appreciate any advice. even when you bought a number for wife, you need to go JPJ to prove the relationship this is to prevent people buying whole lot of "nice number" and jack up the pricing you cannot sell direct one way is to register to a new motobike (cheapest of the vehicle) sell the number along with the vehicle and the new owner can transfer between his own vehicle this is done to those very special numbers which can cost up to tens of thousand and can be sold marked up higher so the motobike might be given free with the number if your number is not that special sorry to that you are gonna lose out the RM210 This post has been edited by mcchin: Jul 21 2018, 07:02 PM |

Thanks for the reply. So even if I’m willing to sell it for RM210 or lower, there isn’t a platform where I can do so? It’s RX 8xx8 not particularly nice but it’s not bad either. Definitely not worth a whole lot of money if I may say.

I heard the current tender series is VCD, closing tomorrow.
The current running series is VBW. Is it possible for me to get a number of a tender series like VCA, VCB or VCC before it becomes the current running series? Please advise. Thanks. |

QUOTE(razuryza @ Jul 26 2018, 07:24 PM) Thank you for the response.First time I'm doing this, so some advice will be appreciated so I don't make any mistakes. So, as soon as the results of the VCC tender results are announced early August, I just go to the Wangsa Maju JPJ and see the results on the board. Then I just fill up borang M.V.10A, get a slip bayaran yuran perkhidmatan RM10 and a copy of NRIC, and then ask to see the pengarah? |
