 advice on supplement consumption, muscle pain and losing weight

hi..my friend is a badminton athlete..he is currently on an intensive training...throughout the training process over the month he is experiencing muscle pain..i did recommend him to take amino acid since it is known to regenerate the muscle after workout/training however im afraid that he will gain weight as amino are also used similarly as proteins. any recommendation for the best supplement to lose weight and recover muscle sore...thx!

Hi. Can you recommend me the BCAA? I would love to become big like The Rock. No need to take other supps or eat more food right? Just get that BCAA? Nice. thumbup.gif
