P.S. -  Aside from the Ready Stock listed items, the other games have to be ordered and might take anywhere from 30 minutes to 24 hours to complete, depending on which suppliers I can reach and how long it'd take to clear payments.I also provide special steam game discounts for previous customers.

New Terms and Conditions (Updated 21.08.2014)
1. Transfers of products (games) will only be made upon clearance and receipt of payment.
2. Should you not have a Maybank/CIMB account with which to do instant transfers, you are advised to do instant IBK transfers.
3. Red Steam Store is not responsible for any delay in the release of products due to the use of conventional interbank transfers
4. Non-ready stock listed games are ordered on demand. There will be a waiting period between payment and shipment (of the product) that will range from 30 minutes or longer depending on the supplier.
5. Steam Sales deals might vary in price and availability from the time they were posted. Do note that the prices are only valid for as long as the Sale lasts. Once banking details are given, it is understood that the buyer intends to pay in a prompt manner.  Late payments once banking details are given are not our responsibility.
6. Please make sure your rig can actually run the game well because once activated and added to your Steam/Origin Library, the game is non-refundable. The minimum spec requirements are on the Steam page of every game. You can click on the game names on this thread to see them.
7. Returning Customer (RC) discounts are primarily for ready stock items. Custom orders for games on sale are usually exempted from this due to lower profit margins (a few ringgit at best).
8. Requests for "reservations" will not be entertained. All games are sold on a first come, first served basis.
9. For "Order on Demand games" (all non-ready stock games which have to be ordered), once the order has been confirmed by the buyer and the purchase completed by the seller (Red Steam Store and all related parties), the amount paid is no longer refundable under any circumstance. Please make sure you really 110% want it before ordering.
10. Ready stock games are refundable within a 24 hour period if the buyer should change his mind,  and the refund will be sent within 48 hours after the game has been sent back to Red Steam Store and all related parties. This only applies if the game has NOT been activated yet and is still a tradeable Steam Gift. For activated games that have already been permanently linked to the Steam accounts, no refunds will be given.
