I need to find investors/business partner to invest in 45 lots with each lot pricing at RM 1000.
You will be getting a profit of approximately RM 300 in 1 month for 1 lot.

The more lots you invest, the more profit you will get.

How is it possible?

My friend will be going to Hong Kong and will withdraw USD 40,000. But in order to bring back cold hard cash, a special letter is needed which is the Tax Redemption Letter. Or else it will be considered as money laundering as Bank Negara has stated that only less than USD 10,000 of cash be brought back to Malaysia unless declared.

So to have such a letter, one must pay approximately RM 30,000 - 40,000. Thats where your investment comes in to cover the cost of this letter. The balance will be used for cost such as flight ticket and etc.

Where is my profit ?

The USD 40,000 will be split into 2. USD 20,000 will be used by my friend for her business purposes. The other USD 20,000 will be yours. So your capital money plus profit will be in this USD 20,000. So whether we use the whole 45 lot or not, you will still get the profit in the USD 20,000.

Note: The profit might defer based on currency rate for USD.

Your friend is going to lose half of the US$40k to these "investors"?

That's just crazy and does not even make any sense.

Tell her to go to a bank in Hong Kong and buy a bank draft with that US$40K. Bring back that bank draft, open a bank account, and deposit it there. Or if she already have a bank account here, just TT it.

But of course, doing it that way, there's no stupid people investor's money to profit from.

PS: A special "Tax Redemption Letter" that costs RM30-40k? I'm tempted to say, whoever believes that deserves to lose their money.
