SEA player are not able to create any account in Tera Europe anymore. Tera EU have officially blocked the SEA ip. There's anyway to create account in EU server? No, there's no way you can create any new account in EU server. For SEA player who wanted to play Tera the only options is to buy an existing old account. New Member Junior Member 27 posts Joined: Dec 2010	Didn't they only blocked a few SEA countries from registering? You can still register from other countries and play in TERA Eu.

You can still register from other countries and play in TERA Eu. They blocked all SEA countries from registering which means you can register on US orr whatever countries as long it's not SEA. However, your will get blocked if you played in SEA server, so there is only a limit of Tera EU SEA account outside.
