Sifus here can recommend good night photography spots around KL/Selangor other than clubs/bars? I'm looking at NIGHT OUTDOOR PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY locations. Thanks!

Just beware. You are so irresistible to the mat rempits/indians.

I got 3 friends that was robbed and slashed in 3 different cases just this year alone while doing night photography. Do not think you're safe in a big crowd. The general night crowd is just like vultures, while you're occupied your stuffs will be gone.

I don't know about i-city, my friends incidents happen at:

Petaling Street - around 8pm+, he is just shocked how everyone around him acted like everything's ok, if you been to petaling street before im sure u know it's so damn packed at 8pm+ (he said some china tourist even snap pictures of the mugging). Basically a motor with 2 indian just stopped beside him and pointed a short hunting knife @ him and asks to take off his backpack & camera, less then a minute literally.

Cyberjaya - some jungle'ish, nice scenery spot thats away from office area. Camera's on tripod, shooting landscape, some malays wandered into the same spot as him, takes out parang, friend lost everything, watch, specs, shoes, car, basically everything on his body except his shorts and t-shirt.

Pudu - didn't tell me exactly where, but out of nowhere - parang to the head, back, arms, legs and he lost his leica but luckily not his life.

Recalling these incidents just makes me hate my home country Malaysia...
