I doubt just because of missing signboard will cause SW to degrade.....

I think when they mentioned Tesco n jusco they r referring to wide varieties of quality goods, local as well as imported. Certain Jaya Grocer come with  just the right balance of good varieties, local or imported. Big supermart with big square foot floor area doesn't necessarily equal to wide selection of goods. But too small the floor space would limit the varieties on shelves. Medium size supermart is good enough actually.

I think the noise issue can be settled eventually..

The internet issue however seems to be a serious problem,  we wonder when optic fibre will be brought into SW, it is already directly affecting SW leasing price and value.

If the management intend to increase the maintenance fee in future but these problems still last, I think most of the owners won't buy it..

the parking machine is very frustrating, sometimes new note the machine will not accept and to make matter worst the guy who paying do not hv other notes and long q is waiting behind, now i go enter. mall i never park at the basement below, i rather park near tokyo kitchen there as the q at B1 parking machine is always very loooooong 

  The owner of Dining pod wants to open pub want can you do ? as to my knowledge, owner got shares in this beerfact and 7sector.
nevermind, market will determine what to live and what to die. If one day someone shows Fine dining works in Puchong and can make more $$$ than pub,  beerfact will transform !! 

LEt's say lah, let's say only. If a foreign uni campus want to open a campus at SW, would SW residences welcome them ?

Student's spending power is quite strong nowadays, parents hv unlimited support to their child especially for education and accommodation, rental collection is rather easier than normal tenant, student has no feeling / burden to pay rental.
I kenot deny that Msian is bias towards African students, if the college is occupied by Russian chicks, I am sure the response is the other round.
Students will boost the population, good for the pubs, cinema and shops.
