i dun see the problem of lacking signage to sw coz almost everyone equipped with a smartphone with GPS app etc...like waze/papago/mamago/babago/googlemap/mapking... or those patrons first time heading to sw r out fr the woods and suddenly one day decided to quit farming/hunting n pay sw a visit to enjoy the water landscaping?

Why Litrak dun allow SPS put up SW sign to lead the entry direction, can they check why others like One City, Paradigm, One U can make it ? All are along the same LDP. SPS or SW is special ?
*
Perhaps SPS reluctant to pay 'special' money? brows.gif

If you study the Puchong map properly, you will understand why a lousy shopping mall like IOI Mall is so crowded nowadays.
Basically Puchong folks has no other choice to shop at place which is proximity to their living place without paying toll, they are trapped within 3 LDP tolls, furthermore one way in and one way out using LDP
[attachmentid=3817579]

I disagreed. Firstly, IOI mall is NOT a lousy mall, far from it in fact. The new wing is quite decent. Puchong folks luv IOI mall bcoz of AEON Jusco. Without AEON in IOI mall, puchong folks would rather pay toll and visit Sunway Pyramid AEON Jusco. But still, many puchong folks luv pay toll n drive further to Sunway Pyramid for hardcore shopping and dating. Hence, invite Jusco into Setia Walk, Setia Walk can FLY not jus walk, becomes Setia Fly.

IOI is indeed too small for Jusco, before IOI, Jusco is suppose located at Bdr Kinrara (existing Giant)
Jusco will be in Bkt Jalil, no way for Setia Walk
Again I say, many Puchongites go to Sunway, 1 U and Mid Velley and still IOI is crowded, it shows the size of the population in this area
*
Yes I couldn't agree more, that's why inherently, puchongites r forbidden to spit the day they are born. Coz if they did, would flood klang valley til JB. brows.gif

one city can do why can't sw do the signboard
that is the question
nothing is impossible
it just that when one is full and staying at the top one feels lazy
but those running below wanting to be the top will do all it takes to achieve the primary objective of developing their property

i have to say this, u r sibeh correctz ! not every corp runs like apple, top de still wanna climb higher n deeper, orange can't chase.

Just demolish the back and utilise the back side car park area and lakeside area to built restaurant, cafe, pubs and many many more innovative lepak spot. Rather now like abundant site.

True. If only they could do something to the lake and utilize it as lakefront boulevard or something, the potential will be big.

Not a good idea, monster lizard spotted in the ioi mall lake last year!

if sw has small - medium supermarket most is buy bread and milk only
will still go to tesco for other stuff
*
I afraid u r right about that, maybe just toothpaste n shampoo or toilet rolls or sugar. Those items like rice, oil, branded coffee, milo, inti-mate etc would do it at tesco\jusco\jaya grocer..

I think when they mentioned Tesco n jusco they r referring to wide varieties of quality goods, local as well as imported. Certain Jaya Grocer come with  just the right balance of good varieties, local or imported. Big supermart with big square foot floor area doesn't necessarily equal to wide selection of goods. But too small the floor space would limit the varieties on shelves. Medium size supermart is good enough actually.
*
QUOTE(lilzany @ Jan 23 2014, 04:06 PM)
very true. the variety of what Jaya Grocer carries is astounding even if the floor space is smaller. they maybe have 10 different brands on the same shelf vs one brand in Tesco of a specific product.

it is just the way they operate nothing about class at all.
*
Absolutely correct! Couldn't agree more! notworthy.gif Coming sw's Reddick just have to copy what jaya-G's doing with the varieties game would suffice!
