last night was bad, DJ shouting got louder
even on weekdays and sunday night music never stop
nowadays the music is getting bad as if like they are reading this forum and retaliate
the music now vibrates the residential block
low continuous club music is pumping
suffer
easy to say sell and move out but if you have planned and purchased and renovated and refurbished and moved in with happy family then it is not easy so must solve this nuisance

It is waste of money. Bad idea. It looks like sw as horse racing / gambling centre.
Although to celebrate year of horse, once after 15 days of cny, it serve no purpose and looks boring.
SW should look into a projection of lighting to the wall so that it can advertise all the shops operating inside sw as well celebration events.

Stop being a keyboard hero by complaining only in the forum. Please lodge your complaints with SWFM, MPSJ and the relevant authorities.

What have you done other than ranting in this forum ? I feel you but can u suggest or do something more constructive than just complaining. Do something different. It is already tired dealing with the pubs but it is not less tiring hearing your complaints.

i thought people should know that stratified retail is always a mess and tenants going in are usually secondary. yet i was always amazed to see how people get excited about having a stratified retail podium under their newly-bought off-plan residential.

the 3 residential blocks r standalone n dun sit on any retail podium. sorry, u certainly have no idea of how the entire sw looks like.

I think the idea of complains is to let other people know whats happening in SW. And what u expect when u buy or rent this place. I am sure Ibbrio already did what he can, and i myself have lodge report to MPSJ. Again if SW owners wants this place to prosper, either in rental or selling the place at much higher price, then get rid of the noise pollution. Asking us to not to complain in this forum does not make SW a better place to live. Is just to hide away facts from other people. Forum allow us to share information, and i definitely will share about the insane noise pollution u get from 1 particular pub below. And This place has no internet service that provide fiber internet. If someone else would have shared this earlier, I will never have moved in.

Maybe someone can initiate a petition? Group action will be more effective. We should make SW a more liveable place. Please share what group action we can take

Reading all these posts on the noise pollution makes me feel really sorry for you guys, considering that we live in the same development, but I don't face any of the problem, simply because I'm facing Taman Wawasan and not the other direction. The new JMB is already in the midst of agreeing with an amicable solution with TBF, I hope, so please give them some time.

Occupancy is very low , thus voice of complain is low as well.....
