QUOTE(davkong @ Sep 17 2014, 01:59 PM) Sky Garden should remain accessible for all residents, after all we are contributing to the maintenance fee. The lift access card should be for the card holder to be able to press the buttons, not just limiting them to a specific floor they stay in. Otherwise, we might as well lock all the staircase doors. We are living in a community, not a prison. perhaps u should have tagged a123 as i'm merely seeking clarification from him on the contrary, under this system, its more akin to staying in 5 star (n some 4 star) hotels where the guest access card is programmed to instruct the lift to stop n open its door at that level only where the room is located.

QUOTE(davkong @ Sep 17 2014, 02:03 PM) Ah... I thought the smell comes from the drainage hole in my bathroom. So, it is a common problem la? Really unpleasant smell the moment I turn on the shower. initially suspected that the smell must have come from the RM180 water heater.

QUOTE(davkong @ Sep 22 2014, 07:04 PM) I think it's acceptable so long pedestrians are able to cross. Even though TBF and Sector 7 occupied the common areas, I still walk through them to get to the other side. But impossible for disabled persons on wheelchairs n baby strollers/prams to pass thru wor.
