Developers coming up with glossy advertisements on the living concept emulating whatever London, Australia & whatever will not materialized based on glossy pictures. Some how I am quite satisfied with SW over 20 acres of land developed into a beautiful concept. Property owners altogether with SW MGT & JMB should work together to make SW a more liveable , workable & cool place to hang out. With the efforts, the property value will rise but every property owners should do their bit.

No centralized piping, using normal gas tong. I can't remember the charge, but standard price la. Usually I order from PMAK mini mart across the road. Will PM you the contact number later.

Yeah, saw that too! Just a random guess, it might be Urban Fresh which opened in Setia City Mall? Anyhow it's good good news!

Wow suddenly a spike of good news with karaoke, food court, escape room, and now grocery all will occupy entertainment mall. Suddenly this empty mall is going to see a spike of activities there. Finally the rise of the dead.

Beauty spa, yes.... not reflexology and massage type. There's also a chiropractic centre by IMU there.

It's depend on size. But for own stay better buy larger units which facing the back, Taman Warisan which can be peaceful in the night.

Hints to choose best location.
Higher floor facing forest reserve will be the best, away from the noise either LDP and Pubs.
Better greenery view.
So far R3 will be best location block (Consider a little bit better than) as it more center location in SW. Less PH. Better facing either front or back.
More mature developed and less renovation works.
