Under SP mgt, SW commercial parcel had been very poor. This is because only about 60% of commercial service charges are available to it. About 20% used for subsidising residential parcel, about 10% paid into TNB double billing savings account and about 10% into Block K owner electricity savings account. Recovered from Block K owner. Expect to recover from Tnb. Unlikely to recover from residential parcel - unless the courts direct so during many impending court cases with commercial owners due to outstanding arrears. Given the money now suddenly available, any good ideas on how to improve commercial area?

Update. Dedicated bridge from LDP into SW has been fully completed for a few weeks now. Waiting for full final approvals from various other government departments before it can be opened to public. Expect full opening within two weeks -hopefully.

Update on  bridge to SW.
Developer already obtained approval from all technical departments. However local authority has imposed additional conditions not directly related to bridge that requires substantial expenses. Local authority is also refusing to take possession of bridge for future maintenance and control purposes. Jmb will now need to follow-up with local and other authorities to find a solution to impasse.

Nasi Kukus TTR @ Setia Walk is pleased to announce effective from Friday,  27 May 2016, it will be having much longer business operation hours of 12 noon to 10 pm, Mon to Sat. Close on Sunday and most public holidays.

It wish to extend its sincere apologies to many who fail to get to enjoy its delicious nasi kukus on the many days when its sales were much higher than anticipated. And this includes today.

Sincere apologies also to many who are unable to enjoy its nasi kukus due to its present short 12 to 3 pm business hours.

With the extended hours, it will anticipate additional volumes for each day.
