Can now walk through via road side grass patch, but a little awkward! Propose JMB or developer contact our neighbour to have a proper pathway constructed.
*
is JMB working on this?
apart from having the walkway there must also be signage to tell hotel guests that there is a walkway to SW and vice versa (whether it is justified to even have signage tell SW visitors that they can walk to bandar puteri?)

Trigon condos are ready for collection of keys. I wander what's the rental there?
*
supposed to be a luxury serviced apartment/condo
hence rental should be higher? how high? maybe have to ask agents

so tenants may want to survey at R1-R3 first unless they are different class and able to pay premium to live in trigon
expat, high flyer, etc.
wonder whether LDP noise is loud for those units facing LDP

the car park lighting looks cheap
can see the fluorescent tubes from LDP

*
wow, you have 4000 over posts now thumbup.gif
like bad boy cooks looked busy at times but quiet too sometimes so somehow the owner decided to close
opposite boutique closed too
both outlets are hidden and partially blocked by bf and sector 7 that continues to play loud music
normal F&B business is competitive
amelio also changed name
please bring your friends to come SW to lepak and bring more income for the outlets here laugh.gif

Full signal for Digi and Maxis now. Celcom and U mobile are in the process. Jmb approved them last year. Recently received Unifi's request to be in SW.
*
is it true the telecommunication towers are the one covered by black tank posted by someone earlier that seems like a trend to hide the towers like water tank?

any update on bf case? there is no work on the wall
their renovation is still an open concept playing loud music to disturb the residents

SW highway still waiting and waiting
agent still calling here and there
seems like many buyers or tenants looking for a piece in SW
tenants faces change all the time
LRT progress not bad but no bridge to walk over yet direct from SW

YES, AGREED! NO IMPROVEMENT.

There are about 20 cats (includes newly arrived kitty!) around, most busy 'customers' in Setiawalk. I can see, they will be more to come; few of them pregnant sad.gif  ***You can see them playing around in Muzuem early morning, jump on the table for food, is GROUP of them!!! Disgusting!  Can you imagine what you will touch and eat in Muzuem at night? (those chair, table, cutlery, napkin holder, astray....etc. You believe those staffs will clean it???***

The management focus only the 'Hardware' side (the fake thing), but not the 'Software' side (the real and fact).

Setiawalk??? Failed project!! (more bad things/experience will post here later; ie; my high floor unit 'flooded'.....can you believe???? )
*
where are the cats come from?
must be somebody breeding and feeding them
who can get rid of cats? MPSJ?

haha good for drinkers at night laugh.gif

Saw one or two units with light on facing LDP just now.... very low occupancy I guess...
*
when owner cannot let it out the bigger unit, there will always be someone to rent it and put 10-15 people inside
will trigon be that way?
i wonder how many genuine owners there bought for stay
healthy family stay and not dodgy characters

[SIZE=7] The Beer Factory and 7-Eleven feeding and breeding them. Now you easily can see 7 of them playing around, soon will be 14, later, 20..... The mind set of those retailer workers (and their management) is at low level, they do not fully understand what is 'Setiawalk concept'. Those cats gave an dirty, downgraded and 'lane like' feel of the area. I felt the decreasing image of Setiawalk now (after the closing down of many retailers, cutting cleaners, dead feel of the Shanghai theme foodcourt, water leaking every way...etc...etc), which, is not the same as I moved in years ago.
*
wonder whether FM or MPSJ can catch cats?
grand shanghai lacks good food that is the problem
normal food taste at high price. high price will be justified if food is sibeh delicious. but nah..
it does not have Lot 10 Hutong style of attraction

Given the understanding the overhead bridge is not a part of original SW  development. Following requests from Wawasan residents and the authorities to improve traffic dispersal at the junction, the developer agreed to build the bridge at a cost of more than RM10M as a COMMUNITY PROJECT. On full completion of bridge and compliance of initial conditions, the authorities have added additional ones before allowing the bridge to be opened to traffic. Among the conditions the developer cannot commit to are lifetime maintenance of bridge and additional road works, etc for Wawasan area unrelated to the bridge. Understands developer had provided the necessary information/checklists/feedback in their appeal to the authorities to allow the bridge to be opened asap. Waiting for authorities reply to appeal.
*
this is all due to lack of planning
should have been agreed from the beginning
cannot understand this sp setia
