In business view: this only is short term 'hard sales', not genuine sales. The game can only last for few week (the initial heat), and then few months. Study the history (Gameboy, Nintendo, Wii..etc) will know. If a game (or hit) can help generate sales/revenue, and DO NOT disturbing other, no doubt, is good. If the 'hit' will bring problems to other, will this a good for EVERYONE? Look at those places ban Pokemongo, why they banned? Why not welcoming?

Setiawalk need to rely on Pokemon to survive? Such a weak management team? poor marketing team? Or just a lost direction team?

SP Setia indirectly owns SW Mall. This entittles it to about 15pct of total share units. Usually all the owners that turn up in an agm were much less than 15pct of total share units. This means no point voting. SPS one vote would overhelm all the other votes summed up whatever the issue. Last year SPS clearly voted to reduce the number of volunteered jmc members. Less people less noise. SPS is in full control of SW JMB. About RM25k per month is paid to 3 mgt staffs for marketing/promo. So why still such poor performance? Why is mgt not delivering what it promised in bnw?  Why is JMB not doing anything to correct this course? SP Setia must hold major responsibility if Setia Walk contine to go downhill. A SPS rep in JMB who just show face for half of meetings time is just not good enough. SW need a more responsible and dedicated one.The success or failure of SW is partly in SP Setia's hand - to go in the right direction or otherwise. Conflict of interest is never good.

100% agreed! I only attended once many years ago the AGM, felt that is 'rubbish', and no more attend. At first, (many years ago), thought to move my business location to Setiawalk, after the 'real life experience' here, changed my mind, not worth to invest 1 cent. Bad management, bad team, bad people. (they only think they doing it very perfect).

Don't listen my comment, see and feel the fact.

Setiawalk is Cat Kingdom now! I do not consumer here now, in term of hygiene matter reason. I heard many customers complained, kids scare of...etc. I even heard a mother's comment on a Saturday night, when the kids craying and scare blocking the walkway, the mum said "awful, we wont come back here, like pasar malam".

One time; I saw a cat jump up to the food keeping area in a mamak restaurant (next to the closed down 7-Eleven), a lady customer shout "hey Boss, see your cat!!". (the restaurant feed catS every day, this make them no scare of "human")

Many shop owners/staffs feeding them, 'raise' them, and breed them. (have a look the kitchen area of Harumi Cafe, always catS waiting for food the kitchen door. And many other shops too)

The management no action taken, no care.

I not against pets. But need to be responsible, well kept, and look after. This is Mid-class commercial area, not coffee shop, not pasar page, not Petaling Street.

I observed the past 5 years, the quantity increase tremendously high! (Same as the number of shop closing down) Will this one of the reason consumer not coming back? (see comment above)

Rubbish bin, food area, mamak, cafe front and kitchen area.....all outdoor tables, chairs is their sleeping and playing area. Will I and my family consumer in Setiwalk? NO, thank you.

Still A LOT around, really is Cat Kingdom Setiawalk. The owner of mamak Ganimaju feeding cats every morning, around 8am, he NO care, and management NO care too.

20th Sept 2018, 11:10am, they are 7 (SEVEN) cats (including kitty) in front of Ganimaju restaurant. Does Management really care?

In fact, no need anyone complain or inform, this is not ants. Can 'SEE' it VERY EASY, can work on it VERY EASY, can take quick action VERY EASY, IF, yes, IF want.

Effectiveness? Efficiency? No comment!

You catch them! "I feed them!". You reduce them!, "I increase them!".

Good on you lady! Please dare to do it daytime, don't act like a mouse, did it at night, shame on you![SIZE=7]

18th Nov 2018 news: "Condo's residents 3 cats, 1 dog confiscated by DBKL".

Well done! Good job!

For Setiawalk retailing area, still, A LOT of cats around, and kitties keep increasing, the Management kept their eye closed. Even those security guard heads are feeding them!
