IOI Mall side and Bandar Puteri side have their own new bridge linking to LRT stations but I don't see any at SetiaWalk side apart from the old pedestrian bridge. Don't tell me Prasarana cut cost to use this pedestrian bridge to link it?

It's a short walk la, I always walk to tesco. Furthermore it will be a fully covered walk from start to end. Cannot walk, call Uber or take taxi la, short distance Uber from Setiawalk residence entrance to lrt station less than RM2 only. Cheap.

Have not been to SW for quite some time. Is the place really in such bad shape now? Do anyone know if SPS is doing anything to improve the condition?

[SIZE=7] A new scene in Setiawalk; you will see lot of 'bodyguard' wandering around from café to walkway to lobby to road. Sorry, they not plan to protect you.

They act as rogue, rude, and no see rules in their eye; riding motorbike speeding here and there without helmet, carrying walky-talkies communicated each other, driving few 100% blocked tinted window MPV (with fake police blue flashing lights, drove against the One Way sign....etc. This area became a 'scary' location now.

Who they 'protecting'??? Answer; an illegal MLM big bro boss!

No one dare to care. No management staff dare to take action. No security dare to stop them on rudeness driving.

Is a mess and downgrading Setiawalk. Will you invest on a blossoming illegal MLM headquarter area???? (which, being closed by authority year ago before)

I working on a plan to move out now.

the residences quite easy to rent out. say partly furnish ard RM1.8K

but the shop/retail are struggling, many still vacant. these owners are pretty cash rich and can hold so long

thats pretty awesome, how he managed to find his tenant? i have a fully furnished 1096sqf unit with tenancy agreement expiring by August and the tenant is finishing his Master degree and will be leaving the country so i am gonna look for new tenant soon...

for Setiawalk management and retail biz people, it is most welcome and generate the long awaited revenue for them. Biz easily improve 50% day to day basis.

Under such current economic scenario, it is better to have this good problem instead of empty mall.

At first i tot LRT could really spike up the price and people will use it as convenient, seems LRT company itself fail my expectation not the public or market.
