QUOTE(ibbrio @ Jun 20 2014, 12:55 PM) no doubt, best location best visibility but because of this we have this "the developer rest on their laurels" i do not think mid valley became hot just by passing time it is the people who are brilliant in transforming it we need similar brilliance to transform sw to become the hottest properties in puchong simple thinking for a start. why no takers for all the empty lots? i wonder how luxury is luxury for trigon does it mean rental is high? 30% higher than r1-r3? RM/sqft is high and who will buy to earn the luxury feeling? Mid Valley was not an overnight success. It took years to transform

i went to SW last Sunday. Firstly, the signages are enough to guide you to the car park ( to answer those who r negative on the signages). The water themed features are so desirable to look at whilst enjoying food at a restaurant (to those who said the outdoor is hot & humid). Then what about eating at restaurants in Bangsar or mont Kiara overlooking at double parking on the road? I bought Blue berries at RM6.95 at Red Tick, but not all goods are cheap there, just a mixed. Lots of varieties of food to choose from. Better than Metropolitan square. Grand Shanghai is fabulous and having it in Puchong is a bonus. Tenants who stay here are considered lucky. Thinking of increasing my rental.....

QUOTE(ibbrio @ Jul 12 2014, 01:59 PM) for residents, we have to walk pass all the shops, pass all the people, walk up the stairs to the mall and shop. maybe trigon residents have the advantage no exposure to rain; whether direct lift down to supermarket r1-r3 to avoid rain we have to walk up to 1st floor and cross the covered bridge before down again to the mall area covered way. for outside shoppers they have to find a car park directly below the supermarket with lift? If the place are sheltered from the rain, people will complaint, "aiyah cannot see the blue skies & clouds".

In this world we have many funny creatures... always blaming and complaining. If complaints which can turn-around an attitude or situation, its good but "No"; it is always over petty things. Consumers love to shop, eat, drink and even watch a movie. Besides all these, the ambience must be soothing, refreshing and eye-catching. As for me, i would love to eat and watch stream of water bubbling with green foliage and flowering plants. After eating & drinking a cuppa of coffee with friends, we can catch a movie. After a movie, we can have dinner while the sun set and enjoy the lights being lighted up at the common areas.

If someone compared Malaysia with Singapore, it is how the country that was governed. Since talking about politics, we can talk until the cows come back. But if we compare about citizens, entrepreneurial Malaysians are enjoying far mored edge than Singaporeans. So firstly have to focus whether you are tailing about government or citizens. Most Malaysians also worked in Singapore. BTW I don't believe & not interested in MLM or other con business. Noises have to be tackled on the 'roots' & not barking at the wrong tree. Mont Kiara are famous for expatriates & would b silly for locals to stay there if they can afford landed properties. Check & balance is needed but when someone always Blamed, Accused & complaint excessively, are quite retarded.

QUOTE(ibbrio @ Jul 16 2014, 04:33 PM) it is funny and true all creatures exist here and in many places. i don’t understand why marine boy likes to be offensive and resort to name-calling? why ar? i believe in freedom of speech and everyone has a right to comment here and support each other and not to silence any single person. obviously everyone reading here has vested interest in sw and with views differ from each other. anyone surely can debate but just because you don’t like some comments does not mean you should “tembak” the person. for what? any benefit to you? i do not like to tembak here. if i meet you one day i will still shake your hand and say hello. marine boy how are you doing? i am not here to create an enemy so i think we should all learn to respect each other. i cannot control how people read and interpret some comments but let’s treat this platform to share and support for a growing community. marine boy. how? can ar? i am tired already i don’t want to tembak menembak ady…no energy… ibbrio, are you a tenant or landlord of the units here?

Trigon's maintenance fees per month are atrocious. I hope JMB can lower Trigon's cost & execute the owners' cash appropriately.

I felt that the commercial outlets should be managed by SP SETIA MANAGEMENT to make SW more attractive. Commercial owners need to pay more for maintenance as their areas are commercial & need lots of maintenance to make their business viable. Residential owners should pay less maintenance as there are less area to man. Lights which have many points should be minimized to cut down electricity. I haven't make a study on how other residential areas are charging maintenance b4 I concluded that a Trigon is too expensive. Some new condos don't even charged maintenance foe a few months, but JMB charged maintenance fees the day SP SETIA dated the letter of vacant possession. I think it's a bit too much

I found so many annoying property agents asking whether want to sell or rent Setiawalk condos & Trigon units. When I asked about rentals, they said RM2100 for Trigon & I asked them to fly kites or beat the kites. Those agents are doing hit & run business...earning easy money of one month rental & doing nothing much

Most property agents operate on 'hit & run' business & don't know how to differentiate the huge difference of Trigon condos from the Setiawalk condos...what a shame
