Hi, how thick is the imos 3d corning glass for iphone 6 plus?

0.55mm. But so far this has not been any issue to any of the users. And most important, it offers more protection to the screen itself. Try google around and you will find a lot of broken iPhone 6/6 plus even with glass protector on it especially on the edges.

Do you have the list of what case is not compatible with it?
and if i buy from you, can you help to put the sP?

The list of compatibility case, also listed are those that are not compatible. It's not a complete list as we are still updating it from time to time.
