If you are referring to the Viagra / Cialis type of spam, you will notice that 95% of your message headers will contain these words:-
X-Spam-Status: Yes
As such, simply put these keywords into your Rules Wizard...:-)

QUOTE(| e 3 h y 0 r | @ Jun 1 2006, 07:29 PM) how to set in rules? can u guide me? I posted this message on an egroup before so here you go:- CODE Dear All, Ever wanted to get rid of the Viagra / Cialis / Rolex / manhood growth creams / stock market hot tips etc type of spam mail permanently? Now here's a trick which will eliminate 90% of such spam. You will need to use MS Outlook(not Outlook Express) for this stunt. Here's how you start. Launch Outlook & go to Tools > Rules Wizard > New > Start from blank rule > Check messages when they arrive > Next > With specific words in the message header. Now type in 'Spam-Status: Yes' without the quotes in the appropriate column. Then click Add > Ok > Next > Delete it > Next > Next > Finish. Congratulations, you are done(well hopefully)! Caution 1 :- Outlook has got its 'mood swings' so all message rules may work on some days & may not work on other days. Complain to Bill Gates about this please :-) Caution 2 :- These instructions were based on Outlook 2002. If you are using any other version, you need to figure things out intelligently :-) Good Luck BTW, Bill Gates is the most spammed person in the world. He receives approximately 4,000,000 emails a day, mostly junk.
