I am looking for a freelance programmer that can develop a simple e-commerce website. Below are the scopes:

1. Mandatory:
- To design an attractive and appealing e-commerce website layout and provide a Content Management System (CMS) for its administration
- Website must include Shopping Cart and Checkout Function that upon any completed transaction will notify to the administrator's e-mail

2. Optional:
- Adding integration to the payment gateway for direct purchase via M2U, Credit Card, FPX and PayPal where direct deduction will be done to the buyer
- Adding integration with the third party courier company to instruct to send the sold item to buyer
- E.g. e-Bay, Lelong
