I`m sorry to tell you this but there has been some problems with my
Natural Selection 2 giveaway and the free weekend.

You are the second winner of the giveaway because when I tried sending
the game to the first winner steam told me the user "already owns
Natural Selection 2 Gift". So I opened a support ticket in steamgifts
told them about this and they thought he already owned the game and
rolled for a second winner.

But when I tried sending the gift to you the same message appeared and
only then I realized about the free weekend. I opened a second ticket
in steamgifts and they confirmed the problem was caused by the free
weekend.

I think it`s fair to give the game to the original winner, and I`m
sorry you had to be mixed up in this problem.
