QUOTE(oc_rooney @ Aug 15 2013, 05:18 PM) Ara Damansara no longer attractive. Although mall seems unhappening, but pls check with their sales rep from chain outlets such as chillies, papa rich, Harvey Norman. You would be surprised that these outlets are among the top 5 performers compared to other outlets. Ara damansara people really got molar to spend.Went to Citta Mall the other day, a lot of shop is so-so only. Tropicana City Mall & Paradigm is much much better than this one. Despite the traffic jam everyday along the old Subang airport road, plus competing with other properties surrounding Ara Damansara (Verde, Ara Greens, Oasis, Saujana etc) not sure what else investors are looking at here... |

QUOTE(CMW123 @ Sep 19 2013, 09:47 PM) i thought so too when citta mall was announced.but it didn't happen. i thought it would after mall complete. it didn't. i thought maybe after better occupancy. it didn't. i thought oasis would help to boost up. it didn't. i thought the offices would help. it didn't. i thought the nearby hospital could be a pull factor. it didn't. i thought amaya could bring some life. it didn't. and before that, i thought taipan 2 could be happening. it didn't. and i'll continue to think it would some day. but when? |

QUOTE(CMW123 @ Sep 20 2013, 11:03 AM) Boss, if u are to put on a scale of 1 to 10 and 10 being most certain, how would u rate the above in making AD boom...hehe... don't get me wrong boss.Think the train linkage already announced shelved and the subang airport project like no news alredi Still very puzzled how come such a good location with good amenities around and like a peaceful haven amidst surrounding havoc still warming up to boom...haha actually it indeed boom. only commercial didn't boom. and maybe that is exactly what they wanted. peaceful residential feel. for commies, it's just a short drive to the bustling KD. link houses from RM1mil up, no play play hor. be wary though, i'd received reports that crimes are pretty high in this part of town. even with the makeshift gated and guarded scheme. |

since citta mall started collection of parking, more vehicles illegally park at the roadside causing more congestion.
