For that pricing, as well wait for Sime Darby project which is freehold as Sime is the master developer in Ara Damansara

Any sifu can point out this project compare with Oasis Centum Park (soho) ? I bought 1 unit of Oasis Centum, 775sf for RM510K (after discount) earlier.
