I've visited the Urbana 2R2B, but I find the design abit weird, the kitchen area has no window, so I was thinking if I'm going to cook then my whole unit will be very smelly. They still have some developer units left but the price is quite high, still consider about this

Hi All, just curious, how much u guys bought the smallest unit when the developer launch it? Any discount given? Saw many sub sale at 600k, was thinking how possible is that. You may PM me. Thank you.
