Last conversation I had with SA, it is under commercial title. If no commercial activity, is it possible to change to residential title?

QUOTE(thunderbird @ Oct 23 2016, 10:32 AM) You can't change the land title from commercial to residential before the tenure completed. Thanks for the clarification That was because the developer initially apply for commercial title to build more units. What can they try to do is to change the electric tariff from commercial to residential, but water tariff can't be changed. |

QUOTE(sicklad77 @ Oct 24 2016, 09:39 PM) I'm sorry I'm new to this. Would the commercial tariff be more expensive ? Common sense it will be but to put in in numbers wise. How much more expensive will it be? Tried googling the ans but it's still a lil blur for a noob like me Generally I was told they will be about 30% higher than the residential tariff. |
