I know the founders family. They are from West Malaysia. Typical china man business company, with lots of emphasis on quality and also value for money for customers/employees. I reckon they will do well and their offerings will be good. They are certainly into property for the long term, thus, can expect Urbana to be good since it's their first foray into property development.

Yeah, East Malaysia, sorry, typo on my side. I only know from they are from Sarawak and other details.
