It is easy to interchange but by maxing your first class, you'll get a boost when lvling the other classes.

Most will concentrate on the primary class they would like to play first thus easier when determining class role distribution when going into dungeons as you lvl your primary profession.

Can't exactly remember the details but from one of the live letters, it's basically an exp boost.

Just play whatever you will have the most fun with. A lot of arcanist might turn to scholars so don't worry too much about lack of healers.

If you're playing on a NA server then yes cause ping from MY to NA ranges from 300-400 or even worse, but if you're in Tonberry, it a JP server and routing there is average 100-150ms so it won't be that laggy.

Just go to command prompt and ping 202.67.53.202 and try to see what is your average ping cause that's the address of the japan data centre.

This thread is for an upcoming FC for LYN, if you want to peform your own recruitment please open up your own thread instead of hijacking others. A little common courtesy goes a long way

If you even bother to read the title of the thread ([WTI] FF14:ARR LYN Tonberry players) it's actually to gather people for a new FC at Tonberry server for LYN. If you want to advertise, do it in the main page https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2929006 (where everyone is gathering FYI) or create your own recruitment thread. or you can ask Shoji to put up your FC banner at the main front page or even better, since the official forums for ARR is up you might have a batter chance posting there.

How would you feel if you open a thread to recruit for your FC and ppl start coming in and promoting their FC there or even worse ask your potential members to join their FC? It's called hijacking. Please use some common sense, it's not about who owns what. It's about common courtesy and being considerate in which you are sorely lacking. If you want to advertise for your guild, do it at the proper place and not at other ppl's recruitment thread.

Both are tankers.........paladin is better at single target tanking but if got adds war can pickup faster. Paladin has more defensive moves but much lower hp pool than war. If you got read the guides, war tanks is easier compared to paladin tanks to play.

First like you said, not everyone in LYN must join the LYN FC, as you can see it everyone has their own individual FC so this also considered to be an individual FC recruitment whether it has a name or not, whether it's an official LYN FC or not it's doesn't matter because it is still considered to be a recruitment thread for Tamamama's FC.
Second if your friend created an FC on his own, that's his business and he can go performing the recruitment on his own expense and not others.
Third, technically there's already a few MY/mixed FC's out there so I don't think there will be a so called "official" LYN FC anyway.
Fouth: Ppl are free to make their choices where they want to go and which FC they want to join so to gather every Malaysian to be in a single FC is truly a naive thought. There is no way of preventing ppl from scattering to other FC's since they can choose which FC they want to join.
Fifth like I've said before just like Tamamama who created a thread to recruit ppl for his FC, I don't see why your friend or you can't do the same and instead have to jump into other's recruitment thread. You don't need a law for this, you just need a brain.
Sixth, like I've said before Tamamama did not claim that this is going to be an official LYN FC, it's for a FC he is going to create in the Tonberry server.
Seventh, if your main objective is to keep everyone in touch than you already have the LS and funny enough by posting your friend's FC, like you said "If everyone just keep posting their own FC recruit then everyone would be scatter around.", aren't you doing the same? Very self contradictory.

My main point is there won't be anything official because this is not TM or Tenaga where everything is monopolized and ppl have no choice. Ppl can go to any FC they want regardless. The least anyone can do is be courteous and respectful when performing individual recruitment.
