Looks like every one's gear is going to change. Item level can go up to lvl70, for all items including legendaries.

Then the option to re-roll single affix on legendaries and rares.. maybe this is the stuff that will make a gear account bound and if so this will be an effective gear sink.

Any mention of when will the expansion will be released? Any chance of it being in 2013? Or no more major patches all the way till the expansion in 2014?
