Previously I played D3 already. do I need to buy a different copy for ROS?

Guys, I've stopped playing normal D3 for over a year now and i forgot my authenticator code to login. How do I get that? I try to setup the new mobile authenticator from my phone but to connect to my account, it still need me to login which I can't at the moment? Anyone can help?

There's a I Lost My Authenticator Phone link and it told me to put a pic of ID from government(IC and such). It's safe to give them that right?

Do I need to have the old D3 on my account to play the ROS? If not, I should just make a new account and put ROS there.

Props to Blizzard, sent a ticket regarding the loss of my authenticator and less than 24 hours, they resetted. Time to RoS!

Serious question here. Has anyone experienced alot of DCs and long loading to game resulted in DC too? I can't even finish most my bounties and rifts at the moment. I have to relog in everytime I try to create a new game because it doesn't allow me to create game without many errors. So, I was wondering was it because of my internet connection or something else.

I'm using unifi too with 20mb/s dl and 30mb/s upload. Guess it's my router or something.

Is there any way to set my account so that it doesn't require to put authenticator code every time I log in? It used to be able to stay for a few days before it ask for authenticator but now, I have to put it every time.
