I have a feeling they are going to nerf barb WOTB ToC by increasing cooldown and won't be able to perma Wrath but instead the diamond gem will give faster cooldown but I'd like to see if that diamond cooldown reduction will make Insanity Rune OP or not. If can almost perma insanity, barb is godly di

It is not barb that Blizz should worry about in the expansion.
It's monk's serenity. It's virtually IMMORTAL.

P/S Not to forget, if my memory serves me right, Barb has not got any buff since the release of the game. Barb only got nerf since the beginning.

Weapon damage increased from 155% to 275% Skill Rune – Smash (db)
Weapon damage increased from 270% to 406% Skill Rune – The Devil’s Anvil (db)

IMMORTAL monk? hehehe.. me gusta... but looking at the gem %, most likely Marquise will grant 20% cool down. So, not permanently immortal... but good enough rolleyes.gif

Well, if it does happen, knowing the D3 community, sure lots of crying on the forum and nerf hammer will definitely take effect. I just want to see how significant this diamond will be to cooldowns. I feel insanity rune might be popular with the cooldown.

Perhaps, DH may be able to perma-RoV by the courtesy of diamond gem benefit but most likely, there're several seconds of cooldown to entertain as RoV can proc the chill effect of a cold-based SoJ and take advantage of Cull the Weak.

Simple.

Helm A = ilevel 40 (let's say ilevel 40 helm max CC is 4%; you can never get 6% CC due to the ilevel)

Hi guys, i'm kinda confused with the Para-paragon point / paragon level.

example I've 3 toons (P100 , P60 , and P0) in other words when P2.0 launch, all my 3 chars will be sharing the Paragon Experience from each other, say after divide each of my toon will be P70. Since it's sharing the paragon experience, can I just delete the unused P0 character to avoid the experience being allocated into it?

talking about the para-para point, since i've my main as P100 meaning 100 points in hand and P60, 60 points, total up 160 stats gained. for this instance, is it better that i work up on my P60 character now and bring it to P100 so that I can have 200 stat points? after that re-roll another character and bring it to P100 again, rise and repeat to gain as much as para-para stats...

really confusing..... doh.gif

The XP will be shared. Not the Paragon Level.

So, in your case, all the XP from P100, P60 and P0) will converted into Sharagon. If the Sharagon will use same chart as the Paragon now, you will mostly get P109 or something like that. That is because, P60 total XP is about 3 billions. P100 level up need 322,560,000. Assuming P101 and beyond will increase by 10% each, your 3 billions xp will grant you another 9 level or so.

Good thing is, all your other hero, including the P0 will get 109 worth of Sharagon points. So, no need to delete any heroes.

To be honest, I'm also confused about sharagon.

Previously, I tot Sharagon was

If your current paragon level is already 100, any additional experience will go to other toons.

Since now they are removing the 100 cap, the experience gained is shared?
for example, a 1000 experience kill divided to 5 toons? or do they mean when I level up 1 paragon level, that amount of experience is divided to other toons?

It's not a division. All XP from any toons will go into Sharagon.

Each Sharagon level will give you 1 point. Each hero get 1 point.

But how much to level up 1 Sharagon level? Beyond P100, I think to level up need a looooot of XP.

thanks Cow for the explanation, now i'm clearer.

it's time to pump my toons to get more PL instead of stick to my current P100 character for farming... by the time Sharagon release, I will have more points instead of 109 points nod.gif nod.gif nod.gif

Ooo clever of them to announce this earlier, hence many players are coming back to lvl up for the upcoming expansion. More players will come back with loot 2.0 update after this. Quite a strategy by Blizzard.

how about from there on after the expansion?

assuming i have 5 toons to play but the release of Expansion, if i just play 1 toon all the way, that means my other toons could benefit from just playing 1 toon?
