The attack speed is not nerf. You can still get tri-fecta gloves (even on some legendary), amulet etc but you need to farm a lot to get those. The only exception I see at the moment is they take out IAS in Inna Pant, which everyone was using in D3. May be on Tal Rasha Chest as well, I am not sure. Those are special IAS on legendary.

You can still use your old gear if you enjoy fast attack speed. If I farm Torment 1 I use this setup with IAS 2.43/2.44.

I can go faster if I use the new Shenglon Fist but I want the Crushing Blow in my Axe. That setup gives me 20% CB.

However, in that video I was playing Torment 3. I need more Toughness (EHP), so, I swap some gear for survivability.

The idea in RoS is that damage is not everything. Toughness is more important if you want to play in higher difficulties.

PS: Not sure if only in Monk, I also noticed that using skill more often is very important than straight punch in RoS.

Sometimes I wonder what the heck is going though Blizzard's teams bains.

What's the point having -30 level requirement when all you need is just 1 toon to reach 60 and the viola NO NEED TO REPLAY the game liao. No like currently, have to replay all toons to 60 from scratch.

TLDR - level requirement is totally useless in RoS...might as well drop it all together.

to upgrade from standard to deluxe, just select to purchase the deluxe. it will know that u already have standard edition and give u a special price.
