there's a discussion on this...whether the toons will be adjusted according to the highest level paragon char u have (that will be a max para100 for all) or by "ALL THE PARAGON LEVEL" of your available toon...lets say..u have 5 toon..

Barb Para100
Monk Para100
WD para50
DH para50
Wiz para10

mean all your char will get = 100+100+50+50+10 = 310 paragon level points, and will be at Paragon Level 310.

if it is like this...then better start collecting and leveling them paragon for other toons be4 Xpansion hits out...

dont think that will happen. D3's infra is already up and running for almost 2 years by the time the expansion goes live

look like you can chose 1 stat and it will re-roll it with something random.

take my EF, there is "int"... so, i can re-roll this, hopefully it will drop me Crit Damage

i think the idea is that, we can chose 1 affix for re-roll. other will remain the same....

think i can re-roll as long as there is enough gold and reagent. will keep trying until i get crit dmg! 

anyone knows what else I'm missing except for new class and act if I don't buy the expansions? everything else will be updated regardless if I'm buying it right?

i think u will miss all the new changes.

i think i read somewhere most of the new changes (smartloot, loot 2.0, mystique, etc..) will be patched up regardless if u buy the xpac or not..or did i read wrongly? 
i assume its gonna be the same as wow xpac norm where if u just have vanilla the only restriction was u can only play till 60, n cant access new class n areas, but still can access all the other features like transmog, new skills, etc.

you are right. You don't need to buy expansion to have these:

- Paragon 2.0
- Loot 2.0
- Loot Runs
- Nephalem Trials

Hopefully, they can be patched for free BEFORE the release of the expansion.

What you will not get:

1. item with iLvl 64 and above. level 70 required gear has been shown to have up to 3k DPS in 1H
2. new skill for level 61-70.
3. Crusader
4. Act 5
