F**k adaptation, no Raddy for Harimau Malaya. I won't get behind some one who advocate boring lifeless football. Big minus also because he was former singapurapura coach. If want adaptation so much i rather we let Robert Alberts be our NT coach. He has good CV in SEA football and already he is somewhat Malaysian cos he is married to one. Although Troussier would be top of my list.

No problem if we can get mixed heritage players in NT provided we settle the nationality issue. Also FAM must monitor pure blood Malaysian oversea talents like Wan Kuzain and Tam so that we do not lose them to others.

Boring lifeless football ?

Raddy does resemble a walking skeleton appearance wise, but his singapore team is pretty lively to me.

The can play open when they want to but also have no qualm to shut down shop if they need to..

Thats pretty decent...

But my first choice is still trousier too if he is truly available... Just to see what he can do

He also has a lot of connections that can bring other benefits.

Looks like tmj is cherry picking the best player from top teams leaving others to fight over the scraps.

The problem is, he is not only stocking up for 1 team, but 2.

So the scraps the others would be fighting for would be third class already.

advantage team depth yang dalam - Player tak penat dan team performance tak jatuh sebab ada good replacement player.
disadvantage - maybe ada player yang tak puas hati sebab playtime tak banyak dan kemungkinan dis-harmony.

The best case scenario for coaches and players is to field the best team weak in weak out. Rotation will disturb rhythm of both player and team. In the early season might be ok, but when you reach the bussiness stretch of the season its better to put the best team each week.

Being continuesly on the bench can kill a player as witnessed by the demise of safee sali.

In term of first team competition , players coming from the bench always at disadvantage. Especially if he is fighting vs import players who always have preferable treatment.

Making me wonder how piya and aimar in the same team will work.

Worst case scenario is if tmj stockpiling good players but not using them forcing the nt coach to pick lower quality first team players from other teams instedt.

dikala program mykids komplen tak cukup resource nak sign lagi byk coach, tetiba sign seorang coach gaji RM 400k sebulan...very pervasive.....

kalau 70-80k sebulan dah kira mewah kot....400k is kinda over .... macam niat di hati nak ada kereta Vios, tapi instead of pergi beli kat dealer, kita pergi beli kilang Toyota untuk buat sebuah kereta vios tu. dan hasilnya tetap vios jugak. bukan ferrari pon.

kalau dgn nilai tu kita boleh nak ranking top 60 dalam masa 5 tahun takper (thats not even mathematically possible i think. Unless kita main Asia Cup tetiap tahun selama 5 tahun tu)... tapi dengan tahap players kita ada sekarang ni, sign la coach 400k sebulan pon, nak menang AFF Cup pon kita bukan feveret.....

its not that i am against hiring world class coach...lantakla..bukan duit aku pon.... tapi bottleneck kita bukan kat situ... more resource should be put dekat youth development.

Please be aware that trousier is a notoriously stubborn tactical coach. He only picks players based on suitability according to his preferred tactic. not according to star value when playing for clubs.

Sounds familiar ?

Indon second half semalam pon pretty fast and hectic. Our boysd id nt know what hit them. We were lucky only conceded 1 goal.

And for an u-19 match, the stadium was jam packed.

RM 400 000 sebulan ni the sort of a budget needed imo to hire A TEAM of foreign technical expert to go round the country all year round to consult, set up and maintain proper football development structure overseeing more than 300 coaches and 10000 trainees.

National team coach is a hot seat no doubt and probaply deserve a bumper pay, but the truth is he maybe only have collective player contact time of 2 months per year broken into several 2 weeks period. No much time to do revolutionary change.

It can happen though. As hiddink, metsu , viera and even trousier to an extend.

But i would be more comfortable if we contractually give him the 5 mil bonus after he reached the stratospheric target rather than before.

Its easy to tell fam to pay humongous amount of money since its not our money when we are cheapsakates to pay for ticket money ourselves.

With the midget scale of our youth development its just seems like a very irresponsible number.

Hire coach hebat2 bayar mahal2 pun bukan dpt pegi Asia Cup pun, not with currect crop of player

Better upgrade OKS jadi national coach, harimau muda jadi national team

Hire expensive foreign coach for youth development

My points exactly.

Our bottleneck is not the coach but the players.

I dont mind paying rm 400k to one person but his responsibility must be bigger than just national team head coach.

Some sort of a director responsible for our development as a whole. Someone with enough clout to tap into development resource in fifa and afc.

Someone with connection to transfer expert and knowledge from germany , japan or la masia to our shores.

He would be in charge of a big project that will take a decade before we can see any result. National team head coach dont have time that long. Malaysian football fans that i know of will start calling for his head and refer him using deregatory nickname after 4 years max.

"And please, I ask you a question. Do you see these strikers in our S.League? All these main positions of goalkeepers, central defenders, playmakers and strikers are in the end all foreigners.- Bernd Stange

Worst case scenario ialah team team lain terpaksa offer pemain dengan duit yg mereka tak ada just for the sake of indirectly compete dgn gaji jdt.

Gaji pemain akan eat up more room dalam operation cost pie.

Think about that when you decide to support your team only when they are good. (real support - physical attendance and financial - bukan support secara abstract dalam hati atau setakat tgk kat kedai mamak saja.)
