Hi, I need help from those who have encountered the same problem as me.
Here's the thing, I've subscribed for its 1mb unlimited plan for 1.5yrs alr but I can't get access to the Internet since yesterday afternoon.
The led light were all on including the refresh led light, but I can't seem to detect any wifi using both of my mobile phone and laptop.
I was hoping that this issue would be resolved overnight but it continues. So I brought the modem along to the service centre and the staff reset my modem and it can be used again. The staff didnt know the reason behind this too.
After I got home I immediately plugged in but the led light was all on again so I pressed the reset button and reset the wifi network name and password. I enjoyed watching video for abt an hr and suddenly it got me disconnected again. I reset, available for use. After maybe 1.5hrs, the modem cant work despite me consistently resetting and unplug it to cool it off.
Anyone knows what's wrong with my modem? I have alr sent out inquiry to yes care just in case they are not competent and efficient enough.
