Haih..it's the Splinter Cell tradition. Ought to be some dissapointment in between when it's develop by ubisoft shanghai...

SC 1 (montreal) new game
SC 2 (shanghai) roughly same engine, new multiplayer mode
SC 3 (montreal) new game
SC 4 (shanghai) roughly same engine, new stuff

Anyway...the SCDA intro! Too bad..it's in french!

Well..for all i know, SCDA multiplayer should be kicking ass.

Played the demo...my feeling is abit of...mixbag...
Like it for the 3 versus 3? more players now...gfx is good, its smooth and stuff.

The thing is, it feels too simple now. The gameplay has been simplified...of course its much mor accesible now but somehow the old Splinter cell feel is not there.

Anyway..i still like the game. rclxms.gif

Cannot anybody teach me how to pilot the helicopter? I keep crashing down Shanghai City like a terrorist!!!!

Updated : Nvm..figured out.

Hmm...i am loving the SCDA sp more and more despite the framerate problem.
The singleplayer started to get interesting at around 3rd or 4th mission. SCDA feels like a stealth + action + adventure game now because you got a headquarter to explore and lotsa stuff to do there.

Somehow the achievement really help makes the game more 'kancheong' exciting...
Must play it more...stealthy!! Difficulty is harder than usual Splinter Cell franchise.

The music/sound effect...BEST.

I am a spy...not a hero!! Hiding under da closet... tongue.gif

If you play without alerting anyone..you will feel da awesomeness during HQ level. Don't wana spoil anything...so play it yourself when the game arrived.

All i can say about Splinter Cell Double Agent is...expect great things to come in Splinter Cell 5 tongue.gif
Splinter Cell franchise has always been so...Double Agent feels like a prototype to the new direction of the game, that's not a bad in anyway...it still rawks!!!
Just like :
SC1 original.
SC2 new direction but same engine (new multiplayer mode)
SC3 original
SC4 new direction but same engine...still unreal 2 engine!!! (moral choices, adventure mode, different multiplayer)

I just realized...the Xbox version of SCDA singleplayer is actually better than 360 version!! I visited SC forum and that's what they all said...better storyline, better singleplayer coop etc etc.

Well...notice alot of cutscene from the SCDA trailer (trainwrech, sam daughter, enrica) all like missing from xb360 version?

ALso there is no sign of the screenshot where sam wearing the orange prison outfit that we saw in the old screenshots!!!
