specs will be almost the same.(comparing note 3 and LG G2)

note 3 win in screen size, 3GB RAM, larger battery and SD slot, but expected Nexus 5 will be cheaper.

In Malaysia it is distributed by the manufacturers.
Currently,
Nexus 4= lg
Nexus 7= Asus
Nexus 10= Samsung.

Only Asus offers international warranty.means ap set can send for warranty locally.

Waiting if US set LTE is compatible with us or not.

if compatible.

getting direct from there + international shipping will be cheaper way cheaper than getting local sets.
(assuming it will follow nexus 4 RRP of RM1699)

if warranty not an issue.
