Actually why everyone so worried regarding LTE & US set? Everyone here uses LTE already? I am still with 3G wor doh.gif

Also based on pictures I see the battery is not removable right? I mean just pop the back cover & swap with another battery. Need to disassemble few stuff right? hmm.gif

Yup. I received another email from google saying it is shipped.

On fedex tracking website however, says it is coming from Kwai Chung, Hong Kong and is in transit. Estimated delivery will be on this Monday  thumbup.gif

I checked again just now. The only model left in white 16GB which will ship in 2-3 weeks. White 32GB and both black models are out of stock.
*
fedex shipping lately is damn fast, you can get stuff within 3-5days compared to before. Depends also la on other factors as well thumbup.gif

Removable as in if it's defect or faulty then you can remove. Not for you to remove daily.

I don't see a issue as powerbank is getting bigger day by day. Easily give u few time of charging.
*
Because my galaxy w battery that came from samsung was crap. Used about 8 months and battery started expanding in size & battery life went down to the drain. So bought a sun global battery around 40bucks iinm. Problem with non-removable battery (daily) is if there is battery problem I need to send back to LG to get it replaced & they probably gonna charge me expensive right? laugh.gif

Back in few years I remember paying around 80-100 ringgit on a original battery from nokia, so would prefer diy to reduce the cost tongue.gif

I believe these new kind battery technology will last longer. Until now my 3GS battery still didn't die on me.

LG service center is quite friendly so no problem dealing with them. Last time one fella change his Nexus 4 screen (drop and crack) and he ask for changing button too. They don't charge him for the new button  thumbup.gif
*
I hope so, because galaxy w wasnt that old. Using lithium battery & i mean I know battery wear & tear will happen depending on usage so cant expect much. Just hope its easily replaceable by me laugh.gif

QUOTE(victorian @ Nov 2 2013, 05:03 PM)
If there is problem with the battery and your phone is still under warranty, just send it back and they will replace it for free
*
I dont think so leh, not sure about nexus lines but generally most phone comes with 3-6 months warranty for battery only. It will be stated in the fine print white paper that usually comes with the box. Not sure about these non replaceable batteries la since I never bought before but I guess should be same.

Those with 3-6 months warranty should be AP set. Original set is 1 year for everything.
*
Nope, based on my experience. Bought nokia & samsung before, all comes with 6months warranty on battery. Phone will be 1 year.

It will be stated under the "product warranty period" section that comes in the box.

So what are your predictions for the price of a local set? 16GB and 32GB.
Hopefully 32GB would be RM1300 or less :/
*
That would be impossible, even 16gb US set also sellers selling for 1.4k, so dont expect anything less than 1.6k laugh.gif

QUOTE(NightFelix @ Nov 4 2013, 02:50 PM)
Well, for me, no matter how good our smartphones looks like, in the end we still put a case on it. Good looking smartphone only works well when we saw it on TV commercial. sweat.gif Glass slap together? looks like hamburger for me... no offence.. just joking...  icon_rolleyes.gif Since I'm using the Glass made Nexus 4 too. biggrin.gif

Anyway... One of the interesting story happen last night is, one of my friend(iPhone average user), he just got impress(in love) by my TV CRT screen switch off animation, and ask me how to I get(buy) one of this feature in Android phone? Because he don't see other Galaxy user have it. LOL laugh.gif people are strange.
*
Not everyone uses case for their phone. I am the type of person who prefer my phone to be slim & by using a case, its just gonna add that extra thickness which I dont need. Depends on how you guys take care of your devices I guess smile.gif

Wow, so if you get someone to bring it back for you fr Australia and get the GST refund, it's only RM1.1k. That's bloody cheap.
*
Yeah my friend said the same thing, if bring back within 60days of purchase then you can get the refund for the GST.

Actually if you guys really cant wait for the phone you can buy it from alibaba, taobao or any other china sites. Got hong kong version & US version & will cost around RM1.4k - 1.5k depending on seller. But then the risk is on you guys la if decide to go that route coz condition not sure how, shipping hopefully arrive safely & even if all those ok not sure kastam will hold your item or not.

edit: btw how much was the nexus 4 wireless charger? Anybody used it before? How is it? I think if I get this phone, I want to get the wireless charger smile.gif
