This Q has been answered over and over again.

US and International version both have LTE.
The problem is the LTE bands operated in Japan and USA is different from the rest of the world.

In short, if you live in USA/Japan, just get the USA version of Nexus 5.
For the rest of the world, get the international version.

We hope that this kind of Q will be the last and we won't answer any more in future.

My Note N7000 camera also not that clear.

I'm still using 3G too, because DiGi don't have LTE.
The reason why everyone wants LTE-enabled phone is to prepare for future.

If I buy Nexus 5, I'll use it for at least 2 years due to its strong custom ROM community and instant Android update.
So have to plan for future a bit.
