Have some questions on HyppTV and would appreciate help from you guys

Wanted to watch movies from USB drive so plugged it into HyppTV box. Can open under "My Media" and play the movie. But problem is cannot fastforward or reverse using the HyppTV remote control. Only the pause and play button works -fastforward and reverse do not work.
How do you fastforward ?

Also how to configure so that can control HyppTV using Android phone or iphone? The TV does not have touch screen so want to be able to use touch screen on phone to fastforward or reverse movies
