Go to OCC and edit your package. If you're on Mega you can remove it and then add the Jumbo package (-50, +60) so you can now enjoy Jumbo for RM10 more than Mega only.

Yup, as AVFAN pointed out, it's the self-serve portal to check/edit your account/package and payment details. I found out from the Jumbo FAQs that upgrading to Jumbo for existing users could be done via OCC as well so I checked it out. Got as far as the page where you can edit your packages as I described before, but didn't proceed further as I haven't decided if I want to switch from Mega to Jumbo just yet. But at least I know I can change it there next time...

Took the plunge, upgraded from Mega to Jumbo pack for RM10 more only, confirmed! Just call up and it's done within an hour or so

Yup, fingers crossed everything is as they say it is! Must have repeated 10 times over the phone about paying only 10 bucks more for Jumbo pack from Mega. Everything's recorded over the phone so no reason to believe otherwise. So far, my Mega channels are gone and the Jumbo channels are all in order. What they told me was that my contract for Hypptv would begin anew for 1 year from the day I upgraded. The channels are correct, will see if the next bill is too. Only extra charge was Rm5 for changing package they said. Asked about how my next bill would be prorated but they said Billing dept will handle. Hope they talk to each other!

One thing is that they don't see it as Rm10 more to upgrade from Mega to Jumbo, they will take the full jumbo price then minus off some discount to arrive at RM209/mth for Jumbo, so my Mega considered canceled and replaced with new contract for Jumbo. Hope this helps you guys

Oh ya, they will try to get you to upgrade to Vip20 (from Vip10 in my case) for RM50 more but I declined since the speed is pretty crappy anyway, unlikely to be much better. Also, I'm actually paying RM219 cos I also took Ruby pack for just Rm10/mth (some promo thing, you can also choose the other packs instead). Figured I can cancel a Ruby after the 1 yr new contract period if I don't wanna continue. Promotion for Jumbo pack upgrade until April 15th.
