If call TM, can get free upgrade? No contract right since now I am contract free.

Oic. Anyway I called up just now to ask. TM Sales told me free upgrade only available for those currently in Megapack to Ultimate. They don't have any offer for Ruby Plus Pack to Ultimate.

Whats difference jumbo lite pack with another plus2 pack? Im still in jumbo lite pack but what i see the channel for jumbo lite pack is less than plus2 pack. Or I just wrongly view.

Aneka plus for malay user, but in pakej have sport and entertainment too.
Ruby plus for chinese or who like's watching chinese entertainment, sports. don't have malay entertainment. rolleyes.gif

i also seems to have problem connecting to hyptv last night... this is my first time using it though. is this downtime normal?

if i call tm @100 for supoort, will they charge me? if they need to come over to my house to troubleshoot, will they charge me for it?

If Unifi TV is down, don't be panic first. You could visit this thread, and see if anyone else are facing the same issue. If yes, then it's TM's problem. Just wait for them to fix it. If no, then only you call TM and seek for their assistance

Not wanting to be political but what is being achieved since 9May is already very commendable. And with this new govt I believe all GLC heads are on their toes or out they go.
